High throughput screening platform

Drug-derived high throughput screening platform (HTSP) is the combination of arrayed Franz cells and quick analysis. Due to the concept that the transdermal efficiency is positively correlative with the permeation ability, the desired active ingredients are mixed with chemical enhancers to treat animal skin which is mounted on arrayed Franz cells. The permeated active ingredients are then extracted and quantified by the convenient assay.
